Pinch weld Covers are designed to cover that unsightly area of open holes and ridges below the door of your F250/350 Super Duty or Excursion known as a “pinch weld”. This is where the factory “pinch welds” the door and body pan together.

 

Pinch weld Covers come in either a high luster polished aluminum or a semi-gloss black powder-coated aluminum finish. They are designed in a one piece per side kit. (Kit includes enough to do both sides of the truck) Pinchweld covers work with AMP steps, they are designed to go over the AMP bolts, leaving a clean, smooth look. The pinch weld cover may conflict with the attachment bolts of other steps.

PINCHWELDCOVERS have a smooth appearance that trims the unsightly area known as a pinchweld. It covers all the holes and leaves only three bolt heads showing.

Built to Last

All Pinch weld Covers are made of durable 1/8” – 6061 aluminum and are easily installed using two existing factory holes and one 5/16” hole drilled by the customer. (placement is identified in the directions.) Attaching hardware is either silver stainless steel or black stainless steel pan head allen bolts and secure fitting nyloc nuts.
